Adimem’s FlowSkid™ are fully integrated, pre-engineered membrane filtration skids designed for rapid commissioning and long-term operational reliability. Each unit is equipped with Adimem’s in-house manufactured membranes and includes all essential components — from dosing systems to control automation — mounted on a robust, corrosion-resistant frame.
Just connect the inlet & outlet to your ports & have the membrane filtration system ready for use.
System Configuration
Each MMS includes
- Adimem Membranes: FLUXA RO / NF, FYBRIN UF, ARISE MBR (as per application)
- Pumps: High-pressure, transfer, backwash, and CIP as needed
- Chemical Dosing Units: Antiscalant, pH adjustment, and disinfection dosing
- Instrumentation: Pressure gauges, flowmeters, conductivity meters
- Control System: PLC with HMI touchscreen and remote alert capability
- Frame: Skid-mounted, factory-tested, ready to install
